1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using the MarketPLace platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

MarketPLace is a SaaS platform that gives vendors their own branded online store — no marketplace, no commissions. We provide tools for product management, order processing, storefront customization, and custom domains.

3. Vendor Accounts

  • You must provide accurate, complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create a vendor account.

4. Fees & Payments

MarketPLace charges a flat monthly subscription fee. There are no transaction commissions. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not sell or list the following on the Platform:

  • Illegal goods or services
  • Counterfeit or fraudulent products
  • Hazardous materials without proper licensing
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Products prohibited under Pakistani law

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant MarketPLace a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform. MarketPLace's own branding, software, and platform design are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

MarketPLace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
